  My son considered buying Mario Rabbids this morning, but it's an Xcom style asymetric strategy game. (And interestingly the first game to feature either Mario, Luigi or Princess Peach using guns). Not his style, but looks ok if you like that genre of game.

      He wants that one but way too expensive. We have found Gumtree a good place to pickup the best Switch exclusive games. Plus the resale or trade value is decent.

        Highly recommend Gumtree for getting Switch-exclusives. Only place you'll ever see Odyssey for $40-50.

    This isn’t the first game where Mario and the gang have used guns. Mario uses one in Yoshi’s Safari, and any of the characters will use them in Smash Bros titles. While not a game, the Mario movie features Mario and Luigi using guns also.

        Yeah I saw a Kotaku article that had a similar statement and a few comments picked that apart a bit listing those titles where it’s happened.
