How is this "PD" aka Power Delivery?
Yeah, the photos and specs shows the USB-C port as input only. So it can't be a PD unit unless it is also an output port.

I just wish someone would make a smaller/lighter one (around 5000mAh) but still with USB-C PD

Problem with usb pd is that on lower capacities like 5000mAh is that you could strain the battery easily. Might be only able to do 15w or maybe 25w Max.
That would still be fine for me (e.g. charging phone/tablet or even low power trickle charging a laptop in an emergency)
"superroach" 25W usb c PD charging would be great for a 5000mAh battery, even a solid 18W is good.
I grabbed one of the Remax 10000mAh with QC3 & usb c PD and it barely charged one of my usb c PD capable laptops only whilst off or asleep.
On the other hand, both my Kogan 10000mAh usb c PD ( 18W Max ) powerbanks as well as a small Cygnett 6000mAh Pro usb c PD ( 15W Max ) can charge it quicker with the Kogan one being the fastest.
This most likely has same charging circuit in it.

Looks like a no name chinese brand with no reviews,
Would be cautious of buying these.
Better off buying from a known brand.
