Oh hey Chatswood you sure are a chatty bunch and over the years we have heard your requests (so many requests). Well the time is here, GYG is throwing open the doors to our first store so come in and celebrate with $5 Burritos or Bowls.

      I think the spot is cursed to fail. Businesses have turned over so many times with no one able to do anything with the spot.

        Before the chinese invasion started in around 1994-1995 there were plenty of extremely profitable long-term businesses on that spot.

        But then suddenly the population changed and its now one that regards retail cheapness as the prime determinant of worthiness which isn't sustainable, as you see with the business turnover in Chatswood that isn't reflected in nearby suburbs.
