Has anyone been able to ask which chicken pieces you want for your order?
For most part of their business day, they KFC staff will choose the chicken pieces.
Hence, the condition says "no swaps" of the chicken pieces.
Sometimes, at the end of the business day, when they running out of chicken, or they want to clear their food stock before end of business day, the manager might give you extra pieces (ie. manager's discretion).
Yes I always ask to pick my chicken pieces in drive thru.
I tell them my order number. Wait for them to say confirmed, then I go can I please have XX pieces.
Today I asked for 4 thighs and 2 drumsticks.
They always accommodate the chicken pieces that you ask for if you order a small amount.
I guess you've never been told set pieces only

best method for storing? chuck it in the fridge? After 2-3 pieces literally feel like you've ingested a big bucket of grease
best method is to chuck it in your belly
how long are you storing it for? if overnight, i never put them in fridge, leave it outside is still acceptable for me
Fridge and freezer both works. Air fryer will make them good as new.
