Not sure if this seems a bit dodgy, but tbf, they haven't asked for "good reviews" only? Also don't know what they mean by "Not available for Liven customers".

    Presumably, it's an incentive to review them after having purchased from them already at least once.

    Yeah I don't think it's an incentive to review the soft serve specifically. I presume it's similar to KFC's feedback promotion.

  Makes sense that Liven customers are excluded. For those unaware, Liven is like Shopback / Cash rewards, except for restaurants. i.e. you pay for your meal and get a certain % back as credit. D' Elephant currently has its rate at 10%.

  Saw this soft serve / review offer in store on Sundy, and jokingly wondered if we could stack it, the Liven cashback and a 10% student discount on our meal.

  Also, its 10% for the WHOLE meal, Monday to Thursday? As long as someone in the group has a valid ID card.
