      I have 2x microservers rocking 8gb each of Corsair non ecc and they are nice and quick. I dont see anything wrong with going for non ecc.

      HP's one got PC3-10600E DDR3 Unbuffered ECC memory (Max 800MHz)
      But I guess you can still use these ones…can anybody please confirm?

        They should be OK if they fit (check dimensions). But if they dont have heatspreaders then they should be OK.

    Would the 4gb ram run properly if put in a lenovo E520 with a single default stick or would it be better to get two sticks of the same brand? Edit: Wasn't thinking, they are SODIMM and these are larger.

      I ordered my E520 with a single 4GB stick of RAM and have recently chucked an additional Corsair 4GB stick in there, passed a few memtest runs and seems to be working fine so far.

    Good price, no problem to place an order, just make sure select single piece not the kit. copy and paste also worked for me as well, will replace my ecc ram in microserver.

    I put an order through and as soon I finalized the order it went to an "error" page. Under orders I have something "unprocessed" but there's no order number, just a reference number.     yeh it crashed out on me a few times, but finally got 1 order through successfully (paid with paypal & got an email back from netplus confirming the order)

    but on the netplus site, it says i have 4 orders pending (3 crashed out ones and the one that went through).

    hopefully it fixes it self up.

        yup i did, but all 4 orders are in some pending status with no detail on the page

        it says it takes up to 24hrs for the order to be updated in the main system

      Kingston is quality no frills RAM, performance wise they are the same as any other brand at 1333Mhz.
