For the people like me who missed out on playing Fallout 3 when it came out. Now all the DLCs are 2.97 each. They were 4.95 a few days ago.

You can get a physical copy of the 360 GOTY edition, with the base game and all DLC, on eBay for ~$15, the same price as the total of the DLCs here.
