TGG eBay not responding and non delivery

bought these Sony WF1000XM3B Noise Cancelling Wireless Headphones and paid for it. Its been about 1+ weeks (10 days) now - its meant to come this way and via registered mail and nothing. I messaged them on ebay and TGG haven't responded.

Honestly, a bit disappointed. The headphones were meant to get here on the 12th?

Now I noticed they changed it and its coming much later. This is after I sent them that dispute message but they didnt even bother to reply to my email. I just checked and the ebay system is saying the below dates.

I hope I get it but this is quite annoying.

    The dates now showing on eBay are the expected delivery dates if you were to make the purchase today?

    We had a few issues with parcel deliveries last year and elect to C&C now wherever possible.

    Gosh, real FWP here….. Your shipping is delayed. GASP Yes lots of shipping delays and out of stocking issues around, if you haven't noticed the world is imploding and 1000s of people are dying and many 10,000's are yet to die in the coming months. But sure, you worry about your headphones.

      Yes, it's concerning and yes, people are getting sick and dying, but life goes on. Look around - this site is full of FWPs.

        But here we are, with the OP whining about their headphones being delayed.

  • It's common for quoted DD to be exceeded these days. Give it until the end of the week.

  • Maybe try again, GG ebay has been the only company that has ever responded. Once when I queried why an a/c I want to buy wasn't in stock during a 20% sale (which they added and informed me within a couple of hours), and recently when I ordered the wrong model and they responded within a few hours on how to cancel.

    Everyone else it's usually, send them an ebay message, wait a week, send a message via paypal, wait a week, lodge dispute, get refund without any communication.
