Anyone tried these and whether they work?

    • I've been using one for about 6 months and I'd say they work. People often comment about how much weight I've lost, but I really haven't lost any, it's just now I'm not slumped over anywhere near as much. They're pretty cheap and you only wear them for about 20 minutes a day. Mine fits under a shirt and is barely noticeable at all so I wear it if I'm popping out to the shop quickly etc.

    • Tried it for a bit, I think it's okay. Got some transient posture results from the short time I used it but can't comment on long-term use.

    • I'm not a physio, but have a spinal injury that could benefit from this device.
From what I've been told about these, they are great to relieve discomfort BUT don't actually work the muscle required to keep your back in the correct "posture". So they don't really get you anywhere in the long term.

I heard these arent good in the long run, because they dont allow you to strengthen the muscles in your back.
    However, I may be wrong.
    Can anyone confirm?

Also reviews say that this is quite small and may not fit all people

I think most supports and braces are not meant for 365 days a year, Best used a few days a week with a break and monitor your progress.

      Just posted this above.
My physio says they are good to relieve discomfort but they don't build any muscle, thus getting you nowhere

You only wear it 20 minutes a day for the first few weeks and then can increase to 40 minutes. They're good if you have "forward head posture" like I do.

  • Does anyone have wide shoulders and have tried these? I bought some other ones before and because of wide shoulders they cut under my arm pit and hurts when I wear them thanks

  • Is it uncomfortable?

    • A little bit at first. It also depends what you are doing while wearing one. Arm movement is restricted a bit. I mostly throw mine on and go for a 20 minute walk.

  • Price is $13.95? It's not 7:50pm yet too.

edit: my mistake, it's sold out. Bought anyway.

    • It says in stock for me. Send them a message.

      • At the time I posted it said something about the 'lightning deal was sold out'. Only a couple dollars difference, so not too worried.
