[Switch, iOS, Android] Get Pocket Camp Themed Items in New Horizons/50 Leaf Tickets in Pocket Camp for Playing Both

Full instructions in link, but basically once you've played both on the same Nintendo account go into Pocket Camp, go to My Nintendo in game (not on website), redeem offer and you'll get 50 Leaf tickets for Pocket Camp and a download code for the items for New Horizons.

You still have to buy the items in New Horizons with bells.
