Are you sure you didn’t download 3D Anatomy Learning by the same company? It’s a different app with ads. I’ve been using 3D Anatomy and never been bothered by ads.

It seems that the app on sale is "3D Anatomy" not "3D Anatomy Learning"

This is 3D Anatomy (free anyway), not the 3D Anatomy learning.
I downloaded it. Full of annoying ads. Deleted it immediately.

3D Anatomy is not always free, while 3D Anatomy Learning is.
I think you have this the wrong way around. 3D Anatomy Learning is the one filled with ads and is always free.

I downloaded and quickly deleted. It has annoying ad banner on the bottom.
