If you are like me, a Telstra customer who signed up on the direct debit bonus 50,000 points (I ended up getting 100,000 points), this seems to be a good option to redeem some of those points.

      no idea, just had two credits @ 50k a month apart, so wasn't going to complain about, made me want to redeem my points pretty quickly

  • Yep it’s pretty good. I think the best is still the 11” iPad Pro keyboard (rrp $299) for 35,000 pts

    Jumped on chat this morning and was advised they have no extra information regarding timeframes. Received a call from Telstra an hour ago to confirm the delivery address. Still no estimate on timeframes.

    Received mine today from Auspost. Check your Telstra app as my cousin had his points put back on his account earlier this week.

    • Did you get a shipping notification? Or did it just turn up? My points haven't been refunded, yet!

  • I contacted them via the in app Chat feature. They said it's been cancelled, I'll receive my points (and the extra $) back in my account within 10 days.

    I asked if there was any way they could compensate me and was immediately offered $100 account credit. Sucks I didn't get my Hues but not so bad.

    • Thanks I just lodged to get my points and cash back. Unfortunately they wouldn't give me any account credit. It's pretty crap that there was zero communication around whether stock ran out, etc. It was up to the customer to chase it up, otherwise Telstra would've kept all my points and my $!

  • I have a month old complaint that's I've forwarded to the TIO (have other orders missing). Haven't heard from Telstra except for a "poor us, we have no staff since we offshored them all, we'll get to you when we can" SMS. 😑

  • Still nothing…. Tried contacting support and had to wait 5-7 business days for them to "investigate"

  • A miracle occurred today - StarTrack delivered my Hue Starter Kit! The tracking email turned up after the delivery.

    Now to wait for my two other Telstra+ deliveries 😑
