  Good work for trying to diversify and offer a discount…$500 is a lot of seafood for a normal household..maybe $200 - $250 may be more appealing

  I eat a lot of seafood but even for me its a lot to spend/store to check the quality claimed by the OP… I'm not hooked

  (why are oysters always sold open in australia? are they sprayed with something?)

    If you go to the seafood shops you can see they get oysters in giant bags closed?

    If you go at the right time you can see them open them.

    Or at pahran market I think they open them on the spot at the place that sells them each for immediate consumption.

      good to know, no i have never seen them with those large bags of unclosed ones.
      I never go that far into town (prahran market)dragging myself there isnt really enjoyable
