Class 10 is better for cameras than tablets. C10 has much faster sequential R/W speeds. Class 2 or 4 is better for tablets though, with higher 4k random read speeds.
It's a reasonable price for a C10 product, wonder what its comparitive performance is to other C10 cards?

I haven't had any results posted for PNY microSD's yet. If anyone does buy it can they post a CDM result either here or on my WP thread…

    • Why does 4k random read speeds matter for tablets? Don't people get 32GB worth of storage on a tablet mainly to store movies and music on? They don't need a2sd+ anymore.

  • how are u shipping it to aus. it doesnt let me ship to aus?

  • How fast is PNY class 10 compared to other well know brands class 10?

Bah, seems like an okay deal, But I agree with the driver, if you're looking for a 32GB Micro SDHC then you're much better getting a Sandisk 32gb Micro SDHC Class 4.

If your tablet has a full sized SDHC slot then you might as well get this at practically half the price - http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/52624

Anyhow it seems like SS has recently dropped their price on the 32gb Micro SD but no_worries_online has beaten it.

    no_worries 32gb + adapter ($48.65) - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Sandisk-32GB-32G-32g-micro-sd-car…

    ShoppingSquare 32gb without adapter ($47.95) - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/SanDisk-32GB-microSDHC-Card-micro…

I dont trust ebay or SS to have Original SanDisk..

ShoppingSquare has sold over 5000 Micro SD cards mate, they're genuine. As for no_worries I can't be 100% sure but they've also sold over 2000 units so I think if there were any problems they would have been raised.

  • Anyone know if you can run Gparted on this Micro SD?

    • Out of curiousity why would you not be able to?

IANA partition expert so don't take this as a rhetorical question, I'm just genuinely interested.
