Already cancelled mine. Even though it’s called “Customer Service”, it is actually just a normal control panel where you can just select the option to turn off the auto renewal, did it without contacting their actual CS.
Like 'The Atlantic', used to be such a delight to read. Ruined by TDS and the need to be 'woke'… I guess we have to sift what we come across without throwing whole groups of people out (as if they are non-people), so this offers quite a bit for the money.

Yep, I've got that too. As a workaround, I've created a new account on The New Yorker website and then associated subscription with my account. You will get an email from them with subscription ID (it may take a while for email to arrive).
I'm still waiting for my email, it's been 12 hrs. How long did yours take?
