Home gym all in one recommendation

No one is sure for how long the corona virus epidemic will last, hence I was thinking to buy all in one home gym to stay active.

Any recomendations?

I usually do bench press, free weight trainings for biceps, triceps back and shoulders.

Any recommendation will be highly appreciated. I am based in Melbourne.

Thanks!

I think half of Australia is ahead of you with this. Good luck finding any equipment to buy.

Yeah, my recommendation is you should have bought one a month or two ago.

I’ve heard of some gyms renting out (or lending) equipment to members

So you're openly admitting you skip leg day, poor form.

I set up a home gym with bench-press, Power rack and dumbbells. That is all you need.

My wife stopped her fitness business just before Xmas to take up a role elsewhere. She struggled to find any interest from buyers in all her equipment but over the past week she has managed to sell it all & at only 10% discount to her purchase price.

    Demand is crazy

Today they closed all the playgrounds and outdoor gyms in my area. It would be like a ghost town if it wasn't for the 10 bootcamps setting up in the park every morning.

look up resistance band workout you can get a few on aliexpress but who knows how long it'll take to ship and don't forget a yoga mat as well

You are late mate. I got a bench, weights and had to re order an Olympic barbell from
eBay since the one that I ordered from catch went out of stock after 5 days of ordering.

Most of the gym stuff is sold out and only available through eBay/gumtree to a ridiculous high prices.

Not sure where you live but today I drove past Just Fitness on Bell street in Heidelberg. They looked like they still had equipment for sale but you may want to call them first to make sure they have what you want.
