Betty's or Grill'd? Haven't tried Betty's before
Betty's are in the style of In-N-Out or Shake Shack. So patty smash burgers, very American, like most of the newer burger places that popped up in the last 10 or so years.
In my opinion, it's a million times better than Grill'd, but does feel a lot more unhealthy, if you care about that (not that I buy the whole Griil'd Healthy Burger schtick).
Honestly if you're looking for the healthier option look at a salad, not a burger.
I literally said I don't buy that Grill'd burgers are healthy, it's their tag line. They are definitely less greasy and fatty than Betty's, but as a result, and in my opinion, less tasty.

IMO Grill'd taste much better. Personally not a fan at all of Betty's.
Bettys are much better and to my knowledge dont underpay employees.
Some of their restaurants got into trouble for poor hygiene.
The one in Castle Hill was shut for like 2 months. Is that one of them?
The sign before stated that they got flooded. No idea though if they also had food safety/cleanliness issue

2 Deluxe burgers for $20 isn't that great. Double at $20 is a rip but in QLD it's showing as $16

Betty's and Johnny Rockets are the two best shakes I've had in Brisbane.
