  • These vs WF-1000XM3?

    • WF1000xm3 has the benefit of ANC, which is meh tbh.

I don't have these sport ones which appear to have waterproofing and some onboard memory for music.

Personally, I would get a different pair of headphones for exercise, and another portable set for something like wireless listening.

    • Ok so I have both of these models. DEFINITELY the WF1000XM3.

Literally apart from the waterproof function and the onboard storage the 900's have nothing over the 1000. The sound, bluetooth and battery life is worse, everything is just not as good.

And what they don't tell you is to use it in the water you need to put music on the on board storage and you have to use the waterproof earbuds that make music sound horrible and muffled. The only thing you would use them for under water is podcasts or something.

The WF-1000XM3 on the other hand are fantastic. There isn't much I can fault about it.

      • would the 1000's fall out if you use em for runs?

  • The main advantage is that you can swim with them. Otherwise it is lacklustre.

These have horrible reviews to be honest!

    • WF1000 XM3's if you need NC. I use them at the gym with no issues so far.

    • Sony have just released their new WF-XB700 wireless earbuds if you need something with water and sweat resistance! 9 hour battery life + 9 hours in the charging case. Bluetooth 5.0. Local Pricing unavailable, but they are at $129 USD.
