Flat, sharp edged blade, angled to be pushed backwards and forwards, breaking the soil surface and destroying weeds. It is useful for maintaining a fine tilth, particularly between rows of young vegetables. Also used for mulching and working fertilisers.

Lacquer-sealed hardwood handle prevents splintering

Not sure what Stratco stores have stocks but shows as available from Virginia in Brisbane, so used this for Bunnings price beat for $9.

    If you read the post fully I indicated that it is available from the Virginia Store in Brisbane, I do not know if any other stores have them. Have just checked again and still shows as available.
