Not everyone has the skills or the know how to install a hard disk in a player.
if you know how to unscrew 4 screws you can do it! in fact some Astone units have the same hardware as AC Ryan in which case there is a side flap which unclips by hand, you slip in HDD replace cover and you're done in <10 seconds!
