I made "kimchi", "Beer", "fresh food" refrigerator keeping (constant 1'C (+,-) 1'C difference) with this.

Its working very well for last 2 years.

Just be cautious if using these in a marine tank. I had a single probe version and it was badly corroded after only a few months of use and started to record erroneous temps.
