Made 3 orders over the last 3 weeks
Order 1 sent wrong shoe size as the website lists AU size but the shoebox lists US size
Order 2 reordered shoes was promised they would ensure correct shoe size showed up wrong size again.
Order 3 north face jacket arrives in damaged packaging with hole in the jacket the inner lining is falling out.
Each order took at least 5 days to leave the warehouse.
Also good luck getting through to customer service as well its taken me at least an hour everytime and they are hopeless. Make promises i.e telling me they would ship my correct shoes to be picked up at my local store and they would email me with details etc. Didnt receive an email so called back the next day and then they told me they cant do that the previous CS person was wrong and they had no notes on the conversation even though the person repeatedly said they are noting it all. So i would suggest if their customer service make you an offer of assistance then get the call log or details emailed to you before you hang up the phone.
I ordered a Hugo Boss shirt for $120. It arrived with a little hole. I phoned them, was on hold for a couple of minutes. After telling them what’s wrong they refunded me the whole amount immediately.
So did you then have to return the shirt? Its been really frustrating they keep saying different things every time i call up.

to think someone had a high paid job as a buyer, got to fly to fancy places to negotiate deals, and then did a power point presso that said lots of people will buy these sneakers for $300 …… no wonder even before covid19 DJ sales were down and they were in financial strife …..over priced fashion seems to be what DJ and Myer think will make them profitable …..
Probably going to controversial, but CPs are pretty iconic sneakers - I'm still rocking pairs from over 7 years ago, which get regular wear and still aren't in terrible shape (trek around the world in a pair for 2 months to boot, though the stitching is coming loose).
Unfortunately, like all brands that get popular, the RRP has skyrocketed and they actually are very common these days.
