Probably, but there about 100 different 'brands' on Chinese websites selling this same product. I've been stung twice now, trust me when I say they are garbage.
You get what you pay for I guess.
That’s why I always pay a bit more to get something decent to avoid any hassle later on.

As mentioned by Raines, spend the couple of dollars more and get a better quality set with numpad and included batteries.

may as well get this equally average set from Offceworks for the same price — full size, comes with batteries without having to wait for shipping

They used to give these for free with a breezelite pc.. had like x20 and they all went in the bin! Don't waste your money
