    How's life in UNSW?

    • UNSW?

    • That must be a bug in Target's website I think because I also see UNSW as the home delivery location whenever I visit (the ship to store option is always right though).

I would wait until GG eBay have a 20% off again and get it for $160

    • Is this like a sale that good guys will be organizing soon? Hoping to pick up the bes920 sometime

      • Usually always one every 5 months or so, must be bound for one soon with the current retail sales situation

Despite winning Choice Magazines award they are not worth even $200. Sent mine back twice now in three months. Faulty temperature, then faulty pump and third machine has a dodgy pump.

Unit has a plastic group head and never gets to proper temperature.

Quality control is non existent. Harvey Normal said they have high return rate.

Save your cash and sanity and buy something decent +$600.

    • I returned mine once this year.

    • Delonghi dedica same price and all reviews I read say it is a very solid reliable machine. Only downside I guess is the parnello wand instead of a real wand.

Conversely I have had the opposite experience - have been using this machine for 2 years with absolutely no issues and it makes great coffee. Not trying to downplay your experience, just thought I'd share in case anyone was considering this machine and read your comment.

      • I got mine second hand and have had it for a year so far.. used it every single day not one single problem highly recommend it too

  • Have had one of these for 2 or 3 years - use it once or twice a day. No issues.

  • Does this come with single or double walled baskets?

  • Bought from GG EBay $160 while real machine in for repairs. Ok for the price.
