What specifically are you after i.e. define the scenario a little bit? You may not be after a financial planner. When it comes to things like property, it's sometimes better to get advice from specialists like, tax consultants, property lawyers, builders independently - deepening on what you are hoping to achieve. For example; a financial planner is not a brush stroke over everything advisor.

If you want to make money - you might need a buyers agent
If you want to build - you'll need a builder
If you want to know how this will affect your taxation - you'll need an accountant

    etc. etc. etc.

    • This is the correct answer.

    • i have a company with some cash ready to buy.
but i want to find the best way to purchase a property to rent out under a company or through myself using company funds.

      • You need to talk to a buyers agent or a real estate agent and also a tax advisor. The tax advisor will allow you to understand the implications this will have on you as an individual or company and also advise you on how to obtain the best financial outcome - they can even give you hypothetical on approximate buy and rent prices and how this will affect you financially. A buyers agent or a real estate agent will be able to show you the properties you will actually want to buy or suit your needs / goals. A financial planner is just going to direct you to these individuals, or may have access to these individuals within their own company, but more than likely they will just refer you just like a GP would refer to a specialist.
