  I do like that you seem to have your own dedicated team for cleaning rather than other services that just subcontract to randoms that provide an inconsistent level of cleaning which I'm quite frustrated about. Sometimes you get 3 people that blitz the place leaving it cleaner than when moved in and sometimes get 1 person who just does an okay job before hurrying to the next one.

  Having said that, the prices listed are extremely high compared to those other services. With the exclusion of Oven and Dryer clean in the Bronze service, it's far more expensive than other services I have tried. How come?

  Also your website is unbelievably dated and awful user experience. Do consider a change to attract more people.

  hi there, yes we are more expensive and ill tell you why. We are 100% legal. We pay our staff award rates we do not use cash. Cleaners charging $25 an hour are usually not paying tax, super or have all legal standings.

  The going legal award rate is over $27.00/hour, then super, then overtime after 6pm, before 7am, then insurance, registration, training, workcover, hmmm I can go on.
  Out of one of our packages we are left with around $30.00

  We also do not hire students. We also train. We are also registered with labour hire authority which is mandatory and 80% of cleaners have not registered.

  So we admit we are (more expensive) but actually we are the price it should be. Ask other cleaners if they actually hire staff, pay award rate, super, then declare tax?

  Yes the website again is something of an issue because we are competing with lots of illegal trading we do not have alot of cash flow.
  If we used subcontractors like absolute domestics who only pay the cleaners $20 and then dont have the costs we do, we could afford more.
  I can go on and on but we are 100% transparent, ask the cheaper cleaners if they are?
