picked up 16 bottles today at $10 a pop (ask for 4 for $40 in store)
It's due to the retail limits set by Retail Drinks Australia allowing us to only sell a certain amount per customer(2 slabs, 2 bottles of spirits, 12 bottles of wine and 2 cases RTD). So no spend this get this for this. All will be back in the next couple of weeks.
It's actually a crock of sh*t. According to the rules you can only purchase from 2 categories. So if you buy a bottle of wine and a 700ml spirit you can't buy a 6 pack of beer. But you can buy 2 slabs of RTD and 2 bottles of spirits, go figure.
And the purpose is entirely defeated by the fact that the staff let you buy what you want anyway and simply ask if you want to put it through as two separate transactions.
