      Max is better

This is more of a Home equivalent. The Link 300 is closer to a Home Max.

  • Also on sale at VideoPro with free shipping to Metro areas.

Just an FYI: It's not self powered. Requires AC power. No 3.5mm audio jack. Bluetooth mode requires Google Sign-in.

    • Thanks, was wondering if it’s portable. Sounds like a smart speaker but better than a Google Home Mini as it’s Apple and Spotify compatible and also probably sounds much better than Google’s.

    • Thanks you led me to the Link Portable at $145 :) https://www.videopro.com.au/p-12872-jbl-link-portable-speake…
JB almost had me at $159 last week but had no stock near me.

      • How is the volume and sound quality on the portable?

        • I'm really happy with it. Bought it for casual use around the house/garden and it's perfect so far. Can easily hear it 20+ metres away and doesn't distort at high volumes.

  • I already have a Google Home Max and Google Nest Mini from recent deals. Should I go for one of these or another Max? Anybody got one of these JBLs and can comment on the sound quality?
