One of the best deals so far! Thanks

Yes people still play this game - year 2050

  • Yesterday we saw a shitload of people on ozbargain complaining that they don't want to be tracked. I hope they aren't the same people playing this game :D

i think the point was that they dont want to be tracked by a federal government and ministers with a proven track record of using political power to go after individual members of the citizenry that DARE to criticise them, see the disabled man on QandA who had the nerve to ask a question of a Minister and the next day his private info was "leaked" to the Murdoch press, see the woman who made a complaint about robodebt and the next day all her private info was "leaked" from Centrelink to the Murdoch press, see Annika Smethurst and the raid on her house cos she dared to write a story about the government, i can go on and on.

This government is especially fascistic under Dutton and Co and having THEM track you is a very different thing to a Pokemon game. I see the argument you make raised a lot but it's THIS GOVERNMENT that is the issue with its proven track record of abusing political power to go after enemies vis-a-vis the AFP, see union raids, raids on ABC, etc etc.

      • @iggemo, very good point mate. I just think that if the government really wanted to they could do the same thing with pokemon go, facebook or google. your google maps history is plain and simple proof we're somethings following us and recording it. the difference is, this app is making it plain obvious the government knows. Anyhoo, gotta catch 'em all.
