    my experiences with astone have been bad. Bought one of their older media players, just stopped working. Ironically a cheaper media player bought from Hong Kong works perfectly for non HD stuff.. not hatin' just sayin'

      Astone rock….only thing that would stream my 1080. PC struggled suprisingly and xbmc through xbox wouldn't. Bit slow to go through all the movies but thats because theres thousands and turn off preview for quicker scrolling.

    Kind of weird. I can't find any reviews of this product. The specs look good but the obvious question is: what's the quality and reliability? Can the Rep point to some product reviews?

    Bugger, I just placed an order and realized I didn't put a wireless dongle in my order. Rep do you know if any of your dongles will work with the player? Ideally I'd like to add that to my order (11092117JL)..

      The specs list the dongle "USB Wireless dongle: Astone AW-N290 802.11n dongle". So it should come with it.

        Netplus does not seem to carry that astone dongle as well, ebay is listing it at $29.95 delivered though from a reputable Australian seller (218k feedback !!).

        Mine was the same, ended up being 59 dollars with the surcharges. I thought, oh well, it's 10 bucks. Better than paying $100+ for a WD or Seagate that doesn't even support NTFS or MKV (seriously, it's always one or the other, when by themselves they don't make sense!)
