    I called up and reserved 2 tubs. Best to call so you can get pricing for your flavour and organize a pickup time - zombie apocalypse and all that. The Pistachio and Hazelnut are $30 a tub, a bargain for 5L.

        No but I only asked about a few flavours I'd normally order. I ordered a tub of black sesame that was $15 a tub.

            @RHSteven: In my freezer 5L of black sesame ice cream might last a week :D I hadn't tried Bravo's black sesame yet but at $15 it's worth a shot. I have had their Pistachio and Hazelnut flavors (sold in small tubs at my local IGA) and they are pretty good.

            @pull the lever: Whilst I was there for pick-up, there were a dozen of other customers… I think mostly ozbargainers as they all have this evil smile look on them like saying I've scored this lifetime deal!

      The way its going, just drive if you're able to.

      petrol is at an all time low and there isnt much cars on the road

      i went to pick up something today and just saved the $15 delivery fee and didnt have to stuff with couriers and I was able to talk to the vendor on installation etc

    it is just a plastic sealed but dont come with the lid. not easy to reseal it after you start to eat..

        She said they had been busy with orders and sold out. She said someone would call back about what $30 flavours are left but still no call :(

    Yeah when they called back they said all sold out yesterday pick ups today only. My brother got one yesterday but it was short date BB july 2020. This mob do great gelato and are part of gelatissimo., so worth it when you can get it. Best flav caramelised fig.

    Well not very professional if they dont call back.. fair enough they are overloaded though, I will give them to Monday. Hope they will honour the $15 price for those who called this morning.

      Yes. But…
      They are not a retail store and they are not used to that number of customers.

      I was there today… There was a single lady answering calls as well as processing payments for people coming for pickup. In 10 minutes while I was there another 2 people came for pickup too.
      She answered few calls in between.
      She is completely smashed and I feel sorry for her.

        Yeah me too, she was very nice and understanding over the phone. She said they had another group who would ring to confirm the order and payment etc. They must be busier than ever so understand the delay. Hope to hear back from them next week as keen to try their gelato.

    Just picked up my $30 5L tub of pistachio. You have to call in before picking up and I had to give out my credit card deets over the phone (not so happy about that process).
    The $15 sale for select tubs may be over, but it seems all other 5L tubs are still discounted from $45 to $30.
