    You're better off putting the money towards a Blu-Ray player with smart TV capabilities. Will do the same and much more for only a little more.

      These are all about as capable as that box, with Blu-Ray and smart-TV capabilities thrown in. At least two of those three do YouTube. The Samsung model is very similar to the BD5900 I've got - it plays games, does weather, Google maps, Google calendar, ABC iView, BBC news, Facebook, and more.

      I'm not saying don't spend $40 on the media player, I'm just saying think about whether that money would be better going towards a box that does media and a lot more, for not that much extra.

      Make your own choice, but be informed of the "opportunity cost".

        erm huge difference between 40 bux and 120-188!!!!!!!!

        i see what your saying though, the 40 bux is wasted, just use that 40 towards a better player…
