    This title is confusing.

Edit: Upon looking into it, this post isnt for a FREE game but for GOG Connect and simply advertising another game has been listed on there that you can get for 'free' but only if you've already purchased it on Steam? This is not a deal, maybe a ongoing forum post with list of games on GOG Connect but I doubt a new post for every new game added is required.

For those interested, Fort Triumph is on Steam for A$35.95 and must be purchased before accessing on GOG

Did you check before making a report? I bet you haven't checked for previous posts.
If you had you would have seen this is considered a deal and could have avoided reporting. The end.
No need to reopen the discussion every time again just because one person has a bee in their bonnet.
If you are interested look at the discussion for XBox Live, PSN deals.

The last post for GOG was a while ago so it is not like you are flooded with posts for GOG Connect.
If you don't like posts for GOG Connect hit the ignore button.

By the way, you might have noticed that this is not tagged as a freebie precisely because you must own the game on Steam.

      • Just FYI, I reported "the title" not the deal, but okay.

  • oh we must be grateful now to be able to play a video game without internet.

stop mentioning DRM-FREE, you only help their justification of a feature we already used to have, but now somehow it turned into an extra feature.

    • +1

It's a feature because it's non-standard now. If Steam, Epic, Xbox, Playstation start offering all their stuff DRM free, then it'll never be heard of again. Until then…

    • +3

As I explained before this is the platform and distinguishes it ftom Steam, Epic, Origin, UPlay etc. I understand that DRM-free is not important to you personally but it it is to other people. Therefore, please understand that your personal standards are not necessarily the standard for everyone.
Hunterex above is right - when Steam etc. get rid of their DRM-restrictions DRM-free ceases to become a feature but intil that time it is and it stays. Therefore, please avoid wasting your energy by mentioning it all the time.
As you have seen with your suggestion in the other GOG post if they make sense I am happy to accommodate (even though your assessment was based on the wrong currency) but on this one I cannot accommodate. There are still people who ask where they can find the Steam key for IG freebies or GOG freebies and would get upset if DRM-free was not in the title as then they find it misleading.

  • Confusing title. Keep this kind of post in forum

These are classified as deals whether or not you like it. Check the previous posts.

      • -1

        targeted deal then.

        • The same way XBox Live, PSN deals are.
There was a huge discussion about that. The outcome was that those are deals.
Let's not waste time rehashing those discussions.
If you do not like these deals just ignore these deals.
See the previous posts for GOG Connect - not classified as targeted and large majority of people are happy with them.
