  I was charged big cancellation fees by a medium sized travel agency for a cruise I cancelled a couple of months ago. I wonder if I should give them a call?

still have flight ticket that cancel / rescheadule on coming Sept2020. BYOJET not issuing refund.

good riddance,

absolutely detest flight centre for years, ranging from their cancellation fees, to the $50 compulsory fee for price beats, along with deceptive behaviour
