Definitely not the best gift card deal going around. It has been 10% discount in the past, but it's normally 6% and 8% is much better than nothing.
Doesn't seem to be a limit to the purchase amount, except while stocks last.
Note, There is a 1% credit card surcharge on the discounted amount.
