YMMV, tried a few orders recently with DJs and every order was cancelled and refunded without notice (only realised when the amount was refunded on my card and logged in online to see the order was cancelled).
To rub salt into the wound, the only emails I received were repeated emails (after they cancelled the order) urging me to check out items in my cart.
It just doesn't seem like their systems are setup properly. For people looking to purchasing, maybe worth rolling the dice, good luck. I won't be shopping with them online anymore.
Totally agree with your comment, after I had a really stressful and negative experience recently. Bought a large item (white-goods), showed in stock at the time but received an email a few days later, advising there was no stock and my order was cancelled. It took nearly four weeks for them to process my refund, they repeatedly ignored my emails, their phone support line was turned off and online chat was not helpful at all!Was referred back to sending an email.
Was an absolute nightmare. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Will never shop there again either.
Yeah I tried to order that Estee Lauder night repair stuff as a present yesterday from DJ's and they cancelled the order and it used up the 2 Amex offers I had despite getting no benefit.

I ordered about eight items recently from an OzB clearance deal and had no issues.. Postage wasnt super quick but it all went through.
