Hi Everyone, my work (CMS Electracom) are offering some very low rates to clear out on a range of single and dual monitor arms (available in clamp and through-desk ver.), and a range of dual-tier cable management baskets (available in lengths from 650-2050mm). Conveniently, these are some cost-effective options for anyone looking to set-up/refine their work-from-home set-up/study, also great for students.

All prices quoted are exclusive of GST.

There are 3 styles of monitor arms available

Easy Fly - variations include single/dual arm, desk-clamp and through-desk mounting and colours include black, white and silver - All versions are $20 (original trade price $164/$235 for single/dual arm)

The clamps on the RCL3 series is detachable from the monitor arm post, the clamp on the RCL6 is fixed to the monitor arm post. This means for the RCL3 series, the through-desk grommet and the desk-clamp are interchangable.

Although our products have always been available to the public, we predominately supply to major projects within the commercial office sector. We are an Australian owned and operated supplier manufacturer since 1979.

Some basic T&Cs

  • Orders to be made via email at [email protected] - due to freight and stock issues they will not be available via our normal E-store function
  • Shipping charges to be determined pending location, usually it will be around $15 to metro areas. Pick up is also available between 7:30-4:30 from our Kings Park NSW warehouse.
  • Sale is applicable within Australia only.
  • Sale ends 31st May pending review.
  • Sale is while stocks lasts (there is a lot of stock), there will be no back-orders.

      • I'm the same as you. Looking to get the Dynamo but I have a 8.2kg ultrawide so not sure how 'bouncy' it might be, even on the tightest settings.

      We do have them available at the normal price currently on the website.

        • Hi 18, unfortunately this idea did no progress beyond the planning stage. There are no further sales being planned at this stage.

  • Hi op, what is the grommet mounting dimensions for EasyFly RCL3D-302BK? Can it be mount on a 80mm hole?

      Will have to check for you physically, its designed to install via a small pilot-hole tonfit the screw through i believe. I will have to check to see if the grommet will bite around 80mm on both ends.

    Hi everyone there will be no correspondence, despatches or pickup available over the weekend, our standard business hours are 730-530 mon-fri. At the end of yesterday we were still catching up to emails from about 2pm.

    The best way to reduce back-forth correspondence for your order over email is to ensure

    You specifiy the colour and qty of products and Ensure you send through your contact and delivery details in the email

    And once youve been issued an invoice, call through so we can take payment over the phone and finalise the order for you.

    We have 8 team members managing the inbox and are porting over another admin staff on monday to help with the traffic. If you follow the above tips, you will be able to cut down the back/forth which makes up alot of the time lost.

    Again we appreciate your patience as this is our first time using ozb as a platform and are astounded by the uptake of this sale.

    Hi Everyone, Just an update for the end of today. We are still processing orders from 2-3pm Friday, we were further behind than my original update of 2pm correspondence. We have processed about 100 orders today, and answered about an equal amount of enquiries/questions.

    Another update, we have had a distributor get in touch to potentially 1000+ monitor arms, this is not yet finalised but will keep you up-to-date as information comes through. This would affect a lot of current inquiries.

    I will report back with a stock update tomorrow through-out the day.

  • Edit: Nevermind. They're still chewing through a huge backlog of orders well beyond their stock level - people who ordered after Friday don't seem likely to get what they were after.

  • I placed an email order around 5PM last Friday and I have yet to hear anything back.

  • Hi there - as per your last post yesterday: "I will report back with a stock update tomorrow through-out the day." I have not seen any further updates. I'm keen to hear back on my order around 3:15pm on Friday - any indications around stock levels would be great particularly the "RCL6-202SL".

    I hope the distributor who got in touch does not supersede the orders placed in good faith last week - orders should be fulfilled in the order they were received.

    Hi everyone, we have processed about 50 more orders today, orders are still being processed per normal. We were hoping to finalise the large order yesterday but it did not materialize due to some adjustments, some orders have been put on hold (not cancelled) while this is finalised. It will be worked out tomorrow and a stock count will be updated here accordingly.

  • Emailed them on Saturday following rep's instructions, got a reply on Tuesday with invoice number. Called them just now and paid, they're shipping it today! Perfect. I ordered two easy fly single monitor arms with clamp and a cable box. Hopefully get to see what the monitor arms are like soon.

    Note: They can't ship to parcel lockers.

    • I sent an email on Friday night and have yet to receive a response. Still patiently waiting but not sure if I should send another email since I am purchasing for others.

    Hi everyone, i will have an update on available stock tomorrow as the large distributor order (now a lot smaller) will be finalised then and that stock will made available.     I received an email yesterday stating that the item colour I wanted was out of stock, and did I want to place an order for another one. I replied minutes later, and have yet to hear a reply to that. I'm not holding my breath on getting this sorted until next week.

  • Hi Javery, We will follow up via email correspondence advising there is no stock, If the items you have tried to order are no longer in stock, you could place another order for items that are in-stock order to save a further round of back-and-forth.

    • I have made an amended order an hour after being followed up yesterday at 2pm but the sales rep but have not responded yet to confirm the order. The items I have requested are still in stock based on your recent update.

  • What is the difference between a RCL3-202 and a RCL6-202?

    I've received zero replies whatsoever from my 8:56AM e-mail on Saturday and it was for 2 monitor arms…even listed priorities in case things went out of stock. Items I want are still in stock as well…is there some sort of selective processing going on?

    • Hi Satirical, unfortunately this happens, I would encourage you and anyone else who hasn't received a response in 2-3 days, to call through and ensure we have your email order in hand and in the queue. In some cases it can be caught in our mail filter which is also quite primative.

    • send through your contact and delivery details in the email - phone number is also key so we can call you finalise little details as opposed to perpetual emails.

    And once you've been issued an invoice, call through so we can take payment over the phone and finalise the order for you.

    Received an email today saying the delivery made unsuccessful attempts and had returned to the warehouse.
    Really had to accept CMS gave me ZERO response since my payment (no confirmation of payment, no shipping notification, no tracking details), given I paid for delivery as well.
    Didn't even know if the item was shipped before this "sorry we have to charge you more for another delivery or you can pick it up yourself" shenanigan.

    Of course, it's hard for the delivery guy to call me or knock on my door or leave any message when I practiced social distancing at home all day. But let's not blame anyone before seeing any evidence.
    Asked for a full refund - see how it goes.

  • I got my Elevates rather quickly. (I had permission to leave on mine) Didn't realise it was coming as I was supposed to get an invoice attached in an email. Have not got that as yet. Hoping it is coming soon. (Just have the proforma invoice)

    I've reached out via email over the weekend and DM with regards to the Elevates as the clamps on the Elevates do not have enough clearance to clamp on my desk. Didn't even think that it might be an issue as the gas lift one I had and the cheap Aldi one both fit with no issues. Asked if the EasyFlys might have a clamp that would fit or not as well.

    I understand that there would be no one working on the weekend, which was fine. Might have to give them a call tomorrow.

    Other than that, they are very good quality items.

  • Just received mine. There was an issue where the cable basket I ordered was over allocated, meaning my order was pending for over a week. Called them up yesterday, and they sorted me out with two smaller baskets instead. The arms themselves are really nice. Really good items. Cheers CMS-Dan

    I ordered and received 2 mounts, all in good working order and the team at CMS has been really helpful. I got sent a wrong mount (single instead of dual as what I ordered) and the team offered straight swap which was great (have not received the swap yet but any minute now…). Please extend my thanks to the guys at the warehouse.

    I tried one of the Easyfly mount with my existing laptop holder but it seems range of motion is quite limited and my laptop was standing almost 70deg (not ideal). Do you have any suggestion for laptop holder? I'm happy so far with my order however. Thanks again for the great deal.
