This is not the best SSD on the market, but a reasonable price compared to the other sellers.
Not sure about the delivery cost as I have a Prime account.

    MX100 is a pretty old SSD. MX100 is MLC based so it doesn't suffer from TLC's sustained write issue once the SLC cache runs out.

    MX500 has a better controller and better TLC NAND. 5 year warranty on MX500 (and that was the reason Samsung had to follow suit starting with 860 Evo).

  MX500 is better based on my own ssd benchmarks albeit the mx500 is about 3 years younger than the ultra II

  write speeds especially, I don't think I've ever reached 380 on the ultra II, but easily reach that on the mx500
