ive already got Game pass - for those that dont at this price its a no brainer.
I played it recently for the Microsoft rewards quest. The graphics were insane and very life like. The gameplay seems more simplified than previous games too.
Better worth if it was free, along with Fifa its profiting from its add ons and Ads

Yeah I bought 2K19 around this time last year for about the same price and have only played it a few times. Gonna pass on this I think unless it has some improved blah blah blah or it’s $5 better than 2k19.

Actually there are a bunch of xbox games that you can play on PC on the Xbox game pass for PC. I've been playing Forza 7 for the past few weeks

I was a big 2K fanboy when it first came out to challenge NBA live (EA), but once 2K got the upper hand, they did what all greedy corps do, F it up, since 18 I have not seen much improvement in the gameplay, let alone the disgusting micro's creeping into the system.

I know PC gamer's get many other free games or deals available from Epic Store, EA Origin, Blizzard, Steam & other 3rd Party PC Game Stores etc. which are not available to Xbox One & PS4, Which also Sucks.
I ’m only after NBA 2K20 for PC for under $10 AUD like all the other Xbox One & PlayStation gamer's not between $20.00 - $30.00 when on sale for PC.
It just seems to me on the Xbox One & PS4 Triple-A titles go on sale quicker than on the PC, plus you still have a physical media second-hand market where you still can get decent deals on games if you hunt around or depending on the sellers need for cash.
Looks like I should have purchased a Xbox One Slim during one of the previous listed deals :-)

Search Microsoft in SB app & open -> In the search box on Microsoft portal, type in NBA 2K20 -> Game description page opens up -> Do your Outlook sign-in and buy.

buy it outright for $4.49. you need to continue your game pass and it won't always be $1
Xbox Game Pass is Netflix for video games. It's normally $10.95/month for Xbox games.
You also need Xbox Live Gold to play online. That's AU$10.95/month
Games also don't stay around forever on Gamepass, so if you're going to play this a bit it's worth the $4
get game pass, servers get shut down after 2k21 comes out so with game pass probably better option.

I'm new to Game Pass and have been playing this since they released it on there. Anyone have an idea of how long this game will remain on Game Pass? I'm debating whether or not to purchase it as 2K21 might not be too far away. $4.49 could get me a decent feed from an Ozbargain post.

2K21 will cost you maybe $79 on launch. For the price of essentially a normal sized cappucino, it's a no brainer. No big loss if you don't like it later on.

It's not overly irrational in this case, but is definitely a mob-mentality ideology that has hopefully slightly changed the course of 2k in the future. Probably won't do anything though if they're still making profits
Not irrational at all. There's a reason why this game is $4.49 now (so they can buy you into buying more myteam packs and playing ads on mycareer, above other disgusting things that makes you say "is this created by EA?")

Not from people who feel ripped off by the RRP, but by people who feel like they don't want to be forced into buying VC to advance their character in MyPlayer.
Haven't tried it yet but it looks like a fun family (off-line) basketball sim.
I think the reviews are mainly for online and or career modes.
