  There are so many factors though. Im glad Kmart pulled back from their requests.
  
  But while theres plenty of humanitarian reasons why the staff cant know better, the higher government can look at competitors and help price accordingly.
  
  Basically, what im saying is that 5c a garment might still be fine at 50c a garment, if your competitor is 75c.
  
  So many people are suffering at the hands of poorly run governance.
