  • Gaaaah… Where are their "sunglass" tint lenses?? I was going to use the next coupon to get a set of sunglasses, but they don't have that tint anymore. :(

And their regular sunglasses aren't prescription. Bugger!

    • Me too - and the step up to transition lenses for $139 is more than I wanted to pay!

  • Any chance you could put estimated/average postage costs in the OP?

    • Probably about $15 anywhere in Australia. Got a couple of glasses from there before.

  • when expired?

The ClearContacts marketing rep I got said it's for today only.

      • Can you query them as to where the sunglass tint option went? =]

Sure. Just sent him an email and I'll update this as soon as I get a reply.

          Hi Ryang

I just checked with our Merchandising team, we place based upon available stock, if its not up that would be the reason. We do have another giveaway happening this week. If you do not find what you are looking for there you are always welcome to email me through the contact system here on OZ Bargains and I will see what I can do on my end.

          Cheers

        • Thanks for the prompt reply, I'll keep an eye out then and hopefully something will turn up.

I got complete glasses last time for $87. They did not arrive initially but when I contacted them they apologized and Fed-Exed me a pair which arrived yesterday. The quality of them is a bit flimsy so I'm not sure if they are genuine frames or not. I got Converse frames and compared to the ones I already own the quality is nowhere near as good. Still, I got them for a backup pair of glasses and they will do just fine for that.

    • I got a Converse from them too! I personally think its not genuine or may be defective! With my Converse pair one arm is pointing up compared to the other, so the glass sits at an angle!

Also, I have a Joseph and Marc pair (from them) it seems little dodgy too!

  • Has anyone had issues with their filling of prescriptions?

  • For those who had ordered from them before. Are there really much difference in the actual delivery time for COURIER [Express]-$12.99 and PRIORITY GROUND-$9.99. I know on the checkout it states about a week apart. I had experienced with VistaPrint. I put in slow shipping but it sometimes came as fast as priorty.

    • I've only ordered from them once before, and from memory the slow shipping was slow. The glasses were a bit of a surprise by the time they showed up because I'd forgotten about them…. :P

    • Delivery was relatively quick for me to Sydney metro using "priority ground". 2-3 days from memory. If I order from them again - and I most likely will - I'd choose priority ground again.

Also, remember you have to wait for manufacturing of the glasses in any case, which was something like 5 or so days from my rapidly failing memory.

Finally, I had an issue with the frames I received, which should have been picked up with a quick quality check, but they did a remake and resend. So I was impressed all round.

      • If you are in Sydney, choose Priority Ground, its fast enough.

  • Any problems with making multiple orders?
it only reduces the frames price on your first item in cart

  • I'm just wondering, how are they making money out of this :D

  • I just want a free frame, but they refuse to let me pass the order without adding in the prescription
    :(

by adding dummy to order = wasting resources is no good….

  • free for new customers only ?

    • From there FB FAQ: No, old customers are eligible as well. However, if you have already received a free pair then you are not eligible.

  • nO FREE sunglasses ?

  • Postage & handling was $17.99 to Brisbane metro
