    Gah, just bought 3 and 5 for like $20-$25 a pop. To be fair, I've already had a tonne of fun with them on Zoom though.

      They will run on a potato PC though, and players actually play the game on on a web browser (phone, tablet, Mac, PC etc etc) not the computer running the game, the game itself is essentially just a host to a online server which players log into.
      Also only one person needs to own (host) the game - everyone else just logs into the owners hosted game for free.

      3 & 5 are agreed to be among the best I think. 4 probably the weakest. But they're all worth buying for the entertainment per $ spent.

    Party pack 3 is free on xbox games pass atm. Means you can play it on pc with ultimate subscription for free.

    Just for those a bit confused like I was by all these. I have actually purchased all packs (across switch and PC) and would say for my groups the biggest hits are definitely Quiplash, Patently Stupid and Drawful.

    If you want some kind of buying order I reckon I'd go with:

    I just bought 3 when it was on sale on the eshop like a week ago so is there much point in me getting it on pc also? I do also have it with my Xbox Game Pass but those get rotated after a while.
    Will probably get 5&6 though.

      You can share them using Zoom, Twitch, Messenger on PC but other than that no.

      It's annoying they don't add the product to an account on their server and let you use on any platform like some other sites do.

        Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I might pass on getting #3 on PC then (unless it comes down like crazy cheap), because I have a capture card so I can always use that to stream the game from my Switch.

            @CodeXD: I use the Elgato Game Capture HD. I still have to shar my screen using the HDMI preview on my pc but it does the job well. I tried streaming to Twitch or Mixer but there's way too much lag for it to be playable.
            I don't think the HD version is available anymore though and has been replaced by the HD60 S. It's about $320 from JB though. I just had one lying around from ages ago, so I decided to put it to use.

    Is there a 'best way' to play with friends remotely? The Jackbox website says to 'screenshare on zoom' provided you have enough bandwidth. Any other 'easy' methods?

      Screenshare is basically the only way to do it. While you control and play on individual phones everyone still needs to be able to see the central screen unfortunately.

      You can stream via discord. I've found discord less laggy and choppy compared to Zoom.

    The most requested games amongst my friends are TeeKO, Drawful, Quiplash and trivia Murder Party 2. Jackbox Pack 3 is a standout, and if you only got one I'd recommend this one. 6 is also a personal favourite.

    I bought one of these games (pack 3) and now the coupon doesn't seem to be coming back when I look at other titles. Has anyone bought pack 3 and then been able to use a coupon for subsequent purchases?

      Yep, for pack 3, 5 & y only. Packs 1,2 & 4 cost less than the minimum coupon spend ($22.99 AUD)
