    New user as in no previous orders. Usually it's for people who made an account and then didn't order i tried this code and it didn't work on my account. After a month or so uber start sending you emails for $30 off. That's why I always make an account then don't order till they email me as its better value than the $10 referral.

  How can you use a new account if the payment details are already registered with a different account. For me its the card thats always been the issue
