Thaw in ice water or cold water for at least 3 hours to maintain the perfect texture for sashimi,
or defrost for in the fridge for at least 12 hours before cooking.

  Picked up my order from their office. Fish was Vaccumed Packed and heavily frozen as expected

  Staff were extremely friendly and polite as they were all Japanese

  Now thawing in cold water and I'll be having restaurant grade today!
