I wonder what's the carbon foot print on these.

I wouldn't trust it, Covid can last a long time in water, this must be part Covid batch hence the price

      Sauce for the claims?

  • Saw the individual 1.5L bottles reduced to $0.60 in-store recently, but they're now back up to $1.80 each.

Note there's very little by way of sparkles. They're virtually flat.

    • Check the best before. Most of the stock at the store I went to was 05/20. I found 1 bottle that was 06/21 and it was fine.

      • A quick read online suggests that unopened drinks in airtight bottles do not lose fizz over time.

  • When I logged in, the link no longer worked. I tried searching sparkling water. Nothing. I then searched water and only got two hits. Both multi packs of frantelle water. Iā€™m in WA. We are still getting screwed.

    • Shows as "Temporarily unavailable" for me in Launceston.

These went as low as $2 maybe lower at my local Coles early lockdown. Interesting observations on how people avoided italian made groceries, when the pasta was being ransacked i noticed alot of times the san remo cous cous still on shelf like it was avoided, the Coles brand all gone. Reading the box San Remo cous cous is Australian made whereeas Coles home brand is from Italy. Bottom line consumers are often sheep and this water should be fine, could you imagine the financial blowback if Coles have you COVID infused sparkling water?

That being said i dont like this sparkling water as noted above, very flat.

    • The history always repeats itself, as if the sheep will ever evolve.

    • I'm fairly certain people were buying Coles brand because it's cheap, not because San Remo is Italian sounding…

Couscous also isn't pasta, FAR fewer people eat it.

I bought a few to support Italian.

Bought a few… horrible stuff even when compared to the Coles brand elcheapo. More like a still water then sparkling.

    • True that..

I've had this brand when it was on clearance 50c… now they bought it back?

This tastes pretty bad and not even fizzy at all

  • This stuff is a bit weird. I bought it at this price a couple of weeks ago, and the carbonation level seems to vary between bottles. Some are pretty fizzy but others taste like they've been left open on the counter for the afternoon. Decent value at this price, complete ripoff at full price.

  • Flat and yuck.
