[VIC] Mt Buller 1 Day Adult Lift Ticket Inc. Peak Season - $68 Adult / $38 Kids (Depending on Date)

120

Similar to last year looks like they have cheap one-day lift passes on certain dates. You have to select the 'Lift Passes' tab on the shopping box, choose month, then the pass and date on the next screen.

Good deal if you can go on those dates in July and August - that's peak season and usually costs way more. Last year I noticed they started increasing prices so I assume similar to airline pricing where it goes up depending on quantity or date.

I'd be hesitant about buying a ticket for June but their page on coronavirus says you get a full refund if they can't open. https://www.mtbuller.com.au/Winter/resort-info/about-mt-bull…

I used to work up there and the staff accom was so dank and cold that colds and flu's spread like wildfire. Not sure I would want to work there on a COVID year even if we get the official all clear.

yeah but let's be honest, you were all shagging, sharing bongs and bottles of whatever alcohol, never showering and rocking back up to work half cut. good times my brother.

If you're working for the mountain you get a free season ticket (just got to do your 14 days instructing), why would you be interested in a cheap lift ticket in the first place? These tickets would be great for day-trippers, as long as you dont cuddle up to random strangers on the lifts its pretty easy to maintain social distancing on the hill.

would be amazing if they have the outdoor 100ppl limit.

    • LOL.. would cost less if they just closed the ski fields vs only getting maximum of $6800 a day. Either that or a social distancing queue of 2km between skiers. hahah

Would suck if I missed the queue and had to hike up the mountain with my skis…

      • applying social distancing to the usual buller queues could well mean the queue ends at the top of the slope.

        • Lol.. thats what I mean by a 2km queue..
