Do you have any research to back up the "Anti-tumor" claim?

  • And this is a deal how?

      Because it’s vegan garlic…

Per https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/525286 - I'm concerned that this is trying to skirt the line / rules. The site, registered almost exactly a month ago, purports to be a black garlic seller but 4 of their 6 products are sanitiser and masks.

Shipping kills it - $39.99 shipped here

You've also had this same price since March

  • LOL doesn't normal garlic do all those things also?

Please show us the references for your claims - scientific proof would be good. You don't want a repeat of the mistake Pete Evans made do you?

"Using Australian Certified Organic Garlic in our Black Garlic" There's garlic in the garlic? :O
Also "Black garlic starts of as regular garlic that is, aged in 60 degrees Celsius in a humid environment for nearly a month." then the list on the right "Fresh raw organic bulbs are kept in the fermenter at 40 degrees and high humidity consistently for 12 days/ 288 hours." So is it a 60 degrees or 40 degrees? and nearly a month or 12 days?

  • Fermentation? Are you sure? I thought it was merely cooked at 60c for a few weeks.

People can do this at home in a dehydrator. I’m thinking about dedicating one of my dehydrators to this purpose for a few weeks.
