Was tempted, but read reviews, sounds terrible.

I agree. Was reading the same. 3.7 rating on Amazon is not good.

Wow. I've never had a kettle that leaked. That is kind of a deal breaker.

  • Great until it starts to discolour after 3 months. Mine looked horrible. Eventually dumped it in favour of stainless steel

dont look inside your stainless jug. haha

all you had to do was squirt some lemon juice in full jug of water boil it ..

        • He / She is correct. You descale kettles with citric acid. Just boil it, let it sit, empty, rinse a couple of times if you like.

    • Concealed element for easy cleaning

  • Anyone know how Amazon is with warranties? These Kambrook kettle’s come with a 2 year warranty but I’d be worried about how you’d be able to claim that through an online retailer. I bought one myself from Big W for $69 because I thought it might be easier if (when) it starts to break.

  • Amazon is great but I think only accept returns for a short period of time, perhaps it varies depending on what it is, usually about 4-6weeks. I think this is mainly for faulty or wrong products on arrival. It then switches over to Manufacturers warranty and you would need to contact them.

    • They automatically accept returns for a short time after that you can contact them and they may be able to process a return. I had a pair of soundpeats headphones that had numerous issues and broke after 6 months contacted Amazon and issued a refund after returning them to Amazon.
