Can anyone please guide me how to replace this led light bulb?
Remember once electrician replaced with only hand.

Make sure the light is turned off!
Twist the inner ring (the one with the 2 tabs) anti-clockwise and the the bulb holder will drop out.
Remove the cable that attaches to the back of the bulb.
Remove/replace the bulb and re-attach the cable.
Put the assembly back into the holder in the ceiling and turn the inner ring clockwise
A simple operation and no more risky than changing a normal light bulb.
You see the little nubs sticking out on the inside ring? Grab those and turn the whole ring lefty loosey. It'll come off, be careful as the glass/plastic cover might fall out then just unplug the halogen bulb and plug in new one reversing the steps.
Yes you can replace it. If you look closely the white plastic has little tabs for your fingers on that white ring in front of the globe. That holds the globe in place, so unscrew that. It should be able to hang down with two little wire connected, pull the wire out and reverse the procedure to replace the globe.
From the 2nd picture it looks like a GU10 type fitting rather than mr16
