    Hi Gaz,
You have contacted Ozbargain the number 1 place for internet queries ranging from traffic incidents & infringements, right through to high yield investment vehicles, importing 1,100 bags of rice and whether or not my landlord should give me a rent deduction.

Washing machines are not our specialty, however, we will try to help.

Please provide more detail - ideally in the form of an MS Paint diagram outlining your issues.

We will take advance payment in Eneloops; be sure to pay or we'll send bikies after you.

I'm guessing "Hid in Front Loader for a bet and now trapped with "Low Battery"

    Hi Gary,

Based on the information provided, I recommend you a 2005 Toyota Corolla, preferably in white.

    Next, please.

I clicked this thread because my overarching feeling when it comes to most washing machine problems is JUST BUY A NEW ONE. You know, given that a call-out technician/service fee, an additional 1hr of Labour time charges and the cost of whatever part may be required is more often than not equivalent (at least) to the cost of a reasonable brand-spanker with a few years Warranty…

    {Disclaimer: obviously the above cost:benefit ratio doesn't apply if you buy a cheap part online and fit it yourself. Though even if you're handy enough to do that, in my experience getting the exact part- and it being the correct solution for the actual problem- can leave you open to potentially wasting money which could be better spent towards a replacement}

However, I should've realized that the 'Comments' would make my day (and hopefully poor Gary's too).

Well done on another classic example of the OzBargain Entertainment Factor, friends!

Hi Gary. Did you fall in?

  • +3

Oh it's a front loader, impossible.

    • +3

Not if you install it wrong.

      Or it's a top loader installed wrong… I'll bet that's it.

    Gary, are you there?

Putting a bag of cement inside should fix it.

  • twist, washing machine was a person and Gary is in deep trouble after the Washing Machine found out about this thread!
